The United Orthodox Catholic Brethren of Latter-day Saints? What do you think of the merger?
Although nominally and technically they are still separate entities, they appear to have been going into business with one another and making deals. Will the merger fare better than the banks?
EXPLANATION:
United – The United Church of Canada, a blantant merger of the Presbyterian and Methodist Churches
Orthodox – various ethnic and cultural bodies of the Eastern Orthodox rite
Catholic – Roman Catholic
Brethren – Mennonite Brethren
Latter-day Saints – Mormon (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints)
I think ;
as if a very plus-sized shopper at Ross
snacked on bacon bits on aisle seven
while her terrible five year-old kicked my shins
and ripped the last bag of Bugles from my grip
then the size 18 screamed “hey you foreigner
my son is allergic to frozen foods ”
